The House supports the call of the UMU to amend the Budget Bill for the Community (28/11/2013)

The Full Council of Murcia has unanimously approved a motion to provide institutional support to the University of Murcia (UMU) and its application to the parliamentary groups of the Regional Assembly of Murcia to amend the Draft Budget of the Autonomous Community 2014 .

The City Council "urges the parliamentary groups of the Regional Assembly of Murcia to amend the Draft Budget of the CARM 2014", in the terms expressed in the document issued by the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena

This document is requested that "the 2014 budget for public universities in the Region of Murcia is not reduced, but, based on the reductions already made in 2012 and 2013m are considered the same quantities reported in 2013," and that "It is a separate item consigned to offset amounts assumes MECD in granting scholarships in Universities".
