Josan González (Córdoba, 1980) landed at El Pozo Murcia only a month ago following the departure of Juan Francisco Fuentes Kuwait.
The Andalusian technician came, among other aspects, backed by his great work on the Ategua, Second Division B team, which was recognized with the award personally to improve group V coach of the bronze category last year.
Puente Genil coach works closely with Duda and now is in charge of polishing the quarry Murcia team, one of the basic pillars of El Pozo Murcia.
Q: How has your first month in El Pozo Murcia on the playing field?
R: A-level sports are not reaching, so far, the results on the second computer, however, the Youth League has pretty face.
We have everything in our power to be champions if we follow the line that we are keeping.
On the second team were two games away from us, for details, against opponents who are in the upper area.
We must work to improve that.
A second scale is the participation of the team players in the first team, who are training quite regularly Duda doing very well and is expecting them whenever needed.
Q. And on a personal level?
R: Okay, the first two weeks it took me a little longer but it took a month and I'm already used to the city and the pace of work of El Pozo.
The truth is that I am very satisfied.
Q: How is your day to day in the El Pozo Murcia?
A: We started early morning training with the first team and then if El Pozo has double session training at five in the afternoon and the eight subsidiary.
When the first doubles team does not usually train early.
The remaining time is dedicated to video editing to see opponents and ourselves.
Now, in this early so devoted to find out how everything goes in the operation of the club.
Institutional and technical-tactical level to help train players for the first team, which is what I've come.
P: Also has had to adapt to the Second Division ...
A: It's logical.
It is assumed that the coaches have to go up stairs slowly.
The only thing different is that you get to a computer that is already up and running.
You're missing the most important part for me is the preseason, as they are planting all year and in that sense I'm assimilating concepts.
Everything worked Fuentes and everything should work so that when the players come up to train with the first team does not notice the difference.
Q: What has been your way up to El Pozo?
A: I started in my town, I guess like almost everyone, coaching at youth level.
It was a progressive step.
From there go to the National Youth League, Third Division and then shortly after to Honor Women's Division Campillos, Málaga.
Again I got to Third in Ategua and there we won the league and ascended to Second B.
I was two years into that category, the first year were third and the second went in seconds and eliminate Copa del Rey to Jumilla, which would champion Second, Manacor and about were to eliminate Rios Renovables.
This was my fourth year here in Ategua had made a significant attempt to jump into second effort, but this time I came here I am.
Q: What was your reaction to receiving the award for best coach of Segunda Division B Group V?
A: Very satisfied, was a huge pride, because they have given me two consecutive years the award for best coach FutsalSur, a website specializing in football Andalusian room.
But this national award Duda was elected the best coach in the First and I shared the stage with Alex, best center, and Kike, better seal, was impressive and meant a great joy for me.
Q: You live day to day and subsidiary of El Pozo Murcia, how do you see the first team?
A: Work to a brutal intensity and I think we will be there to fight for a whole year.
Q: Why did you start in football?
A: I would not know a motive.
I started being a 'waterboy' team of my people, because my friends were playing and from there I was told if a team of cadets rode me coach.
I started, I liked it, fell in love and gradually I realized that it was my passion and that you spend every hour of the world to train you and realize that your dream is to work and live futsal.
Q: What are your hobbies, besides football?
R: Only the football.
This weekend we have free, because Friday also plays Youth, and on Saturday I'll spend on going to see Jumilla.
The truth is that I have another hobby, go out with my friends and football.
Q. And in your spare time?
Would you spend a lot of time on social networks?
A: Since you have to get to El Pozo much care for that matter.
I'm not Josan, I am now the coach of El Pozo Murcia City, then my participation has dropped on Twitter, for example, Facebook and more or less equal.
Now I dedicate only to professional issues, I like the domino and is a good tool to keep informed and why not also send messages to players and have them plugged.
Q: Were you able to find Murcia?
R: I have not had time to learn much.
As I said, my daily dedicate it to know how it works El Pozo.
Later Murcia have time to learn, but now I really like, I find a city where life is good, quiet with good weather and very healthy people.
