Blue in Action NGO, Local Police of Murcia, has returned to Togo to treat eye problems population.

The Murcia City Eye Hospital has been funded by the city of Murcia, CARM, Cajamurcia Foundation, La Caixa, College of Physicians in the Region of Murcia, Murcia Optical Association, and various companies and individuals.
