The Centers for Women Township and Women's Associations undertake along awareness events this month against gender violence.
Among other activities, there are acts of placing tie against abuse in the facades of the association headquarters, installation of panels that expose phrases and opinions about violence against women and distribution of ties in key locations and dates in each neighborhoods and districts where they are located.
The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, participated in activities organized by the Women's Center of San Antolin, where yesterday was read a manifesto and carried out a performance on the rejection of violence against women.
The Mayor was joined by Councilwoman Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Waterman, and Maria Dolores Bolarín national deputies (Deputy for Murcia), Pilar Lopez (Deputy for Toledo) and María Jesús Bonilla (Deputy for Cuenca).
Some of the activities under Centers for Women are:
- Avileses
Cast bonds in the market town on Friday, 22 and the square of the Church on Sunday November 24.
- Head of Torres
Placing loop on the front of the Center for Women.

Mural at the Center for matching phrases that members of rejection of violence.
- The Carmen
Placing loop in the center window.
Days 20, 21 and November 22 ties sharing in all workshops of the Centre and the members exhibited phrases and opinions about violence against women in a panel placed in the center aisle.
- Guadalupe
Cast ties in all workshops of the Centre, and throughout the week from 10 to 22 November, the members may participate by writing sentences on a mural to be placed on Friday November 22 in a balcony Cultural Center

Placement in the front loop and banner in center door.
- The Fleet
Placing the loop on the front of the Center.
Wednesday, 20 November at 19.00, silent demonstration in front of the center, with lit candle and placing snares also place a mural on the wall so that partners and attending the event can participate with a phrase or opinion on this day.

Act awareness to the members on Violence Against Women on Thursday November 21, at 17.30.
- Santa Eulalia
Conducting survey on the perception of partner violence against women.
Cineforum on violence against women: 19, 20 and 21 November at the local Women's Center.
Day violence awareness among members on November 25 at 17.00.
- Espinardo
Concentration on the door of the Center on November 25 with lit candle.
- Esparragal
Placement in the front loop of the Cultural Center and information board to write messages on the street with ties sharing.

Talk about violence against women by the Municipal Equipment Attention to Violence against Women-EMAVI.
