Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Murcia Francisco Garcia Costa has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the Mexican Institute of Victimology and the Mexican Society of Criminology Chapter New Leon.

During the investiture ceremony, held in Mexico City, was highlighted in the analysis laudatio victims since the categories themselves constitutional law professor conducts Garcia Costa in their work.

In addition, the new honorary doctor of these scientific societies has distinguished itself in the field of the study of the victim as director of the Civil Liberties Chair for Peace and Culture Foundation of Victimology.
