San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia has presented this afternoon Gastronomy studies.
This title itself, which has been verified by ANECA, so it becomes level when it receives final approval scheduled for the same academic year, consisting of a four-year plan aimed at training and will have abundant practical classes masterpieces of renowned chefs.
José María Cayuela, director of the title proper in the UCAM Gastronomy, stressed during the presentation to the students that the university community is "very excited" to this challenge.
"The title material is related to creativity, design and artistic trends," he says.
Has also been shown to new students complete curriculum, as well as the possibility in the future to carry out visits or dining practices, canteens and even ocean liners, where they must develop the knowledge acquired during their studies.
The presentation also participated Antonio Marqueríe, director of the International Chair in Mediterranean gastronomy, which has highlighted the wide range of career opportunities and alternatives open to students upon completion of these studies in Gastronomy.
Meanwhile, Pablo González-Conejero, renowned chef has a Michelin star, and that will be very present in the daily life of university in this discipline, wanted to highlight the importance of work and perseverance that students will have to employ to overcome this degree.
