Councilman IU-Greens in Murcia, José Ignacio Tornel, today considered "armed robbery" that the City intended Cespa 47035.50 euros for placement of bins and containers in schools in the municipality.
Tornel has complained that the Board of Governors to be held tomorrow included as agenda item that award, which is "excessive spending" if you take into account that Cespa receive municipal budgets in 2014 more than 50 million euros.
"We ask the mayor to withdraw this concession, ethically admissible and certainly without any rigor" added Tornel, who also insisted that it is "offensive to the pocket of citizens" of Murcia.
