The Fair Housing Murcia "Reside 2013" has concluded its eighth edition.
The audience has been mostly young couples living in rented and looking to access their first home.
Special promotions offered by the promoters, has been valued as access to 100% financing.
According to José Hernández, president of Apirm, "We are delighted with the outcome of the show. Turning point is waiting for the real estate sector, because we have seen that demand revives."
He adds that "the exhibitors are very satisfied."
Areas that have aroused most interest visitors have been Juan de Borbon y Juan Carlos I.
"The stakeholders came home asked three sleepers below € 180,000, but those homes no longer exist in the market. Both Juan de Borbón as Juan Carlos I the minimum price for three bedrooms € 220,000 round," explains Hernandez.
The houses in villages have also offered a response to those interested in buying a house for the same price for which they pay rent.
