The Government Team Murcia City Council wanted to show his congratulations to Murcia pastry, Joaquín Roses, by getting the second prize of the Best Tournament IX Master Artisan Chocolatier, which was held in Barcelona on 6 and 7 October.
Lluís Santapau The tournament, which aims to encourage and reward the knowledge and skills of the pastry chefs and chocolatiers artisans throughout Spain on chocolates and chocolate, is organized by the Barcelona Confectionery Guild.
In this ninth edition, the championship has attended eight Spanish professionals including the baker was Joaquín Roses, who won the second prize of the tournament, the first time he reported.
Participants had to prepare the following recipes:
- Six types of chocolate
- A cake
- A dessert dish
- And a piece of craftsmanship.
