'Big Up! Street: Acoustic naked' is an event organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia with the Institute of Southeast artistic expression to take on 5 October, from 18.00 to 21.30 hours, the performances of six groups in the region at different points of the city of Murcia, in concerts without production.
The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, next to the event coordinator, Claudia Orellana, today released the concert locations as well as the six groups selected from the 51 applications received for the event, which comes as a formula "novel" throughout the country and aims to provide a platform for advocacy groups in the Region of Murcia.
The groups are selected by the jury Nunatak, Raw Pepper, Tea Baggers, Noise Box, Goodbye Nicole and Karenin.
These bands become each of the circuits that make 'Big Up!
Street '"in a music sample through which they will have the opportunity to be heard by national music experts," and therefore "generate synergies in a sustainable and economically".
Moreover, "through contact with professionals seeking fruitful continuity for their careers," said Cruz.
Itineraries
Two routes have been developed to "meet the requirement of being strategic and unusual spaces."
The route to be in Piazza San Bartolomé, Santa Catalina Square, Wall Veronicas, Calle Arenal, Straw Market and Mills River.
The course is made up of the square B Rescue Christ, Plaza Cristo Health, School of Dramatic Art, Plaza José Esteve Mora, Calle Arenal and Plaza Hernandez Amores.
The sites chosen are "not far apart so that" the transition between one space and another to perform and easy movement, "explained the Minister of Culture and Tourism. Groups have two different locations for an acoustic concert 20 minutes. Each group will offer two concerts in different times and start one every 40 minutes at two different points of the route.
The event features professional guests who travel the route marked well to "musical talent there is in the region".
These come from the national and international music industry are: Carlos Galán Pascual, Subterfuge Records, Hector Fina, Legal Music, Peter Javaloyes, Rolling Stone, Xavi Manresa, Cap-Cap Productions, Joan Vich Montaner, of First Pasitos, Arturo Garcia, MondoSonoro; Jordi Tello, Universal Music, John Santaner of'm an artist and Julio Rodenas of Radio 3.
After the performances the groups will meet in Space displaced duckling with professionals in an informal meeting which will feature DJ Maski Perez and Street Art artist Kraser to perform a 'live painting'.
Previously, on Friday, October 4 will be a concert on the 12th and with the three stripes Middle reservations, Neon Lights, Kovelka and Badsugar.
The concert is free.
