An approximation to the keys to being a proactive citizen against cardiovascular disease is the focus of the conference will offer specialists morning, ushering in the activities covered by Heart Week.
The initiative is organized by the City and the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC), together with the Spanish Society of Cardiology (ESC), in collaboration with, among others, Murcia Health Service, the Rehabilitation Unit and Health Promotion Reina Sofía Hospital and Heart Association All Murcia.
Under the slogan "For a Happy Heart" will be carried out different activities and workshops until next come in order to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
So Monday morning, after 18 hours, the hall of the Town Hall Annex Building will house specialist interventions, preceded by introductory remarks by Domingo Pascual, President of Murcia Society of Cardiology, and Maria del Carmen Pelegrin, Deputy Mayor for Social Welfare and Health of the City of Murcia.
Then the day will continue with the following interventions:

Heart Week will continue on Tuesday with different activities such as fitness classes, cooking workshops and tests measuring heart-cardiovascular risk free (tension control, measurement of body mass index, etc..).
Furthermore, also taught a CPR workshop for all attendees to learn what are the steps to save a life.
Heart Week will end on Friday with the conclusion of a panel discussion on prevention actors.
