The Plaza de Santo Domingo hosts from today until the 21st of September a air bubble inside which there is a bike rental system of the City of Murcia, along with pictures of the most emblematic of the city of Murcia .
With this action is to show people that with repeated use and habits transport around the city sustainable, helping to improve the environment of our city, through an original action and striking.
With this bubble are invited to access and Murcia cycling inside this bubble, while discovering the charms of the city, simulating the pleasant sensation of riding just for Murcia, and thus encouraging them to take their bikes and visit these same places, live.
The Councillor for the Environment, Adela Martinez-Cache, has experienced this personally, that feeling of walking through Murcia and enjoy clean air.
Also going to make a recruitment campaign, regaling passers with 5,000 custom balloons with the image of the campaign, and encouraging them to participate in the action and access the bubble.
The primary objective of this campaign is to encourage the use of bicycles in the city, before starting the activity, we will take data from participants, to echo their customs on board the bike, and to invite them to different actions we take and pursuing the same goal, and that they will make a database.
Along with the bubble's an information booth where you will Ciclovida campaign information, while the inscriptions offer for it, encouraging citizens to their participation.
This initiative also is part of the actions have been organized within the European Mobility Week.
