With the aim of providing a fast and efficient response to citizens on road safety, the city of Murcia has this morning approved the award of the service running small civil works and road safety in Murcia and districts.
This is a service that allows any breakdown cover, as a matter of urgency, we must fix and renew in the municipality of Murcia.
The service, which has a total budget of 281,000 euros, has been hired for a period of two years which may be extended for two more years.
The work to be performed with this service, among others, are:
- Minor alterations of sidewalks (extensions or cuts).
- Execution of foundations for informational signs.
- Removal of debris fences and firm pivots and conditioning.
- Replacement of pivots, fences or landmarks.
- Demolition of small islets force.
- Execution of pipelines.
- Fixed minor damage or potholes in driveway and sidewalks.
- Changing the geometrical layout of an intersection.
- Execution of projections.
In general, any other work necessary to ensure the safety and flow of traffic and pedestrian.
