Murcia tram has been certified quality UNE 13816, after evaluating the services offered and analyze customer satisfaction through opinion surveys.
During April, before they met two years after the launch of the line 1 and in accordance with the provisions of the specifications, Murcia tram SA was audited by the company Applus in compliance with a management model based in the UNE-EN 13816:2003 within the quality policy and environment of the operating company.
This rule, in effect since 1998 implemented by the European Committee for Standardization, aims to increase the quality, determine the needs and expectations of users, adapting the available resources and provide added customer satisfaction.
To obtain this certificate, Murcia tram has acquired several regular commitments, information, accessibility, comfort, service provided, safety and environment.
The second phase was carried out an opinion survey to measure customer satisfaction.
According to the survey conducted by CSA Consultants in October 2012, the tram gets an overall score of 8.4 out of 10 points.
Over 96% of respondents said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service.
The most valued attribute is the environmental contribution to the tram.
