The UCAM signed a collaboration agreement with the University ISALUD Argentina
The UCAM San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia has signed a collaboration agreement with the University ISALUD of Argentina, which will promote and encourage scientific literacy, technological and human through collaboration in the fields of research and teaching.
Similarly, the agreement will allow the exchange of teachers and students in undergraduate and / or graduate from both institutions.
The signing it was framed in the celebration at the University ISALUD International Seminar "Food and Health Claims: Trends and Regulations'.
The agreement was signed by the president of the university Argentina, Ruben Torres, and the Director of Institutional Relations of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza Garcia, who also participated in the seminar.
During the celebration of the course covered topics such as the nutritional quality of food, the global market for functional foods, the European situation concerning novel food ingredients evidence, and authorization of health claims on food.
