The Department of Urban and Infrastructure Quality is working on repairing telecommunications manholes Martinez Tornel Square, Canalejas Avenue and Alameda de Colón, at the request of the communities nearby homeowners, due to excessive noise and vibration on impact traffic shot with the boxes.
Councilmember Urban Quality and Infrastructure, Ana Martínez Vidal, explained to be demolished manhole covers leaving a common chest for all telecom operators affected, which will house all the existing wiring.
The works being undertaken urgently began on July 15 with the unification of the square manholes Martinez Tornel and will last until August 23.
