With the growing demand of the university community to have space for own food consumption, the Department of the Technical Unit of the educational institution has reached agreements with dealers in the university cafeterias to enable on-site areas.
So far there are areas in the dining room of the Social Centre and the Faculty of Economics and Business, in the cafeteria of the Faculty of Education as well as in Building D and the faculties of Biology, Medicine and Optometry, all in the Espinardo campus.
In September, a dining room open to the public at the Merced campus, which was located above the University Store.
Spaces microwave and glass containers, paper, packaging and organic waste deposited in a clean, green.
