The IU-Greens councilor in the city of Murcia, José Ignacio Tornel, today denounced the "daily" dirty condition Mariano Vergara street, in the neighborhood of Santa Eulalia.
Tornel stated that "long" the street "is not as clean as it should," and "not only for lack of sweep but by a thorough cleaning of the sidewalks".
He noted that in this way "blackened spots are part of the urban scenery and no one is clean", a situation that is exacerbated in areas where the market settles.
"The sidewalks are the remains of fruits and vegetables every Thursday, they are trampled by vehicles and pedestrians, being printed on the pavement," said the mayor.
It has therefore emphasized the need to perform a routine cleaning "with more than a broom or a jet of water and air."
He recalled that this area is busy every day for visitors staying in hotels in the area Watchtowers and accessing the city center these streets.
"Of course, printing is not encouraged to stay a long time on these streets, but rather to go fast. Surely traders rather have something to say about it."
Tornel has also held that "unhealthy obvious cases, like that of some blocks of Fame, should not mask the deficiencies should not occur when we speak of most local hires."
He has also denounced the "big difference between cleaning and care of the central regions", after which he insisted that "every effort can not always go to the same neighborhoods and squares".
