Murcia has joined the network of cities of fourth generation and, on this occasion, the Mayor, Miguel Angel House, held a meeting this morning with the CEO of Orange Spain, Jean Marc Vignolles.
The meeting served to address the deployment of 4G services in Murcia, which represents an investment by the company of 5 million euros, for the modernization of access and transmission network and investments in 4G technology, which will cruise at speeds up to 10 times faster than current mobile networks.
Murcia addition, Orange has launched this service in five other cities: Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Valencia, Seville and Malaga.
Currently, coverage reaches all the metropolitan area of ​​Murcia and elaborate to Cartagena, Lorca, Sewer and area of ​​La Manga.
