The Socialist councilor Jose Zapata, requires an explanation from the responsible Public Roads by the stoppage of works on the sidewalks of the street adjacent to the Avenida Infante Don Juan Manuel, next to the garden area.
Zapata explains that it's been a month since the works are stopped and the street is overrun with work material, drums and pivots causing inconvenience to the residents living in the vicinity.
Therefore, the PSOE mayor demanded by internal communication to the Public Roads councilor with as soon as possible the resumption of work and to eliminate obstacles to the passage of pedestrians on this road, especially for people elderly and women carrying babies carts.
Zapata suspect that behind this problem, surely there is some economic problem of the company that is performing the works and he urged the council Ana Martínez Vidal has taken up the matter urgently.
