The municipal group of IU-Greens in the city of Murcia has filed a motion to Parliament next Thursday requesting the Regional Government to urge the removal of the "course" of the collective agreement signed by the teacher interim Governing Council on 31 May and the resumption of negotiations Education Sector Roundtable.
Training Councilman Jose Ignacio Tornel, has opined that the said agreement is a "non-consensual and unilateral decision" of the regional government, because in the process of negotiating any of the unions agreed to the terms proposed by the Ministry of Education .
"We believe this decision of the Regional Government reflects a poor attitude as it does not attack the root of problem reversing the order of interim or rebaremando lists for teachers, and it is ineffective because there is no work whatever the management of lists members, due to cuts ".
Furthermore, Tornel understand that the consequences of the decision of the Administration on the agreement will be "unconscionable" because "precarious work and submits to teacher collective interim to working conditions that go against the quality of teaching."
The mayor pointed out that job losses following interim teacher cuts "has been so great this academic year certainly resent interim lists for those who began their career so far work after the opposition and hardens the system access to the same. "
"This is the order of cause and effect, and not the other," he asserted Tornel, after insisting that "we are facing the greatest record of employment regulation in the Region of Murcia".
