IU-Greens propose at the next Full Council of Murcia eliminate modification Muncipal 99 General Management Plan (PGMO) that removed restrictions on height of buildings in metropolitan recreational parks.
This was announced today the spokesman for the formation of the left in the session, Esther Herguedas, who explained that this change was implemented solely for the purpose of responding to the proposed construction of a rural inn on the property known as Castle Olite , in the Regional Park El Valle.
Herguedas indicated that this project has exceeded the maximum permitted height of nine meters and the city, instead of adapting to the general rule, proceeded to change it by removing the limitation and thus adapting a general rule in a particular situation.
This, in his view, is a clear case of urbanism to the letter with the aggravating circumstance that such a rule change affects all municipal metropolitan parks.
The project is to be carried out for the City Council in the Board of Governors on June 12 decided to restrict the contract that required the execution of the guest on municipal land.
Herguedas gone understands that if the cause which led to the modification, "must also altered to change the rule back to its original wording" and repeal the project that did not conform to it.
