The village of La Alberca, Murcia, celebrated the 25th anniversary of its twinning with La Alberca, in Salamanca.
A delegation from the village of Murcia, headed by Councilman Works and Community Services, José Arce, has traveled to the town of Salamanca to participate in a series of events to mark the twinning and held for 25 years.
Among the residents of La Alberca (Murcia), which have moved to Salamanca is the president of the Municipal Board, Alfonso Pardo, the headman who conducted twinning, Manuel Lopez and The Folk Group participants Rented, which also twinning were craftsmen.
The Mayor of La Alberca (Salamanca), Jesus Pascual, Murcia and received a fellowship meal held in the main square of the town in which crumbs tasted Murcia, Murcia salad, quail and sausages Salamanca.
This was followed by a ceremony at the local theater group involving folkloric The Rented, groups of La Alberca (Salamanca) and the choir of the town.
