The Center for Women Emilia Pardo Bazán Infant neighborhood, celebrates its 25th anniversary with a series of activities open to the entire society.
The Centre was established in 1988 by a group of women Infante B º, with the encouragement and support of the City of Murcia.
Since its inception and uninterruptedly is conducting a broad program of activities aiming always work for equal opportunities between women and men and in prevention of gender violence.
Currently has over 300 members and has a program that provides physical and sports activities, craft workshops and painting, reading workshop, library, language courses, computer workshop, cultural and educational talks and tours.
The activities planned to celebrate its silver anniversary are:
- Monday, June 17: Opening of exhibition of paintings and crafts.

On the occasion of the celebration of the 25th Anniversary has resumed Literary Contest that for 19 consecutive years has been summoned by the association, for this special occasion been called '25 Anniversary ', there have been a total of 13 works of poetry and narrative short.
The Women's Center is located in a building owned by the city located in the C / Barn Lane s / n.
