The city of Murcia and Murcia Cope organized the second edition of the Sports Awards.

The gala will be held tomorrow, Tuesday June 11th at the Teatro Romea, to 20.30.

Murcia is a city of sport and for this reason are given for the second consecutive awards for distinguished individuals and entities that stand out in this world.

The Council offers sport activities for 100,000 users and manages around 400 facilities.

It also supports basic sport with school sport program, involving 70,196 children and 172 entities, and the Municipal Sports Schools, with 23,200 students, 105 schools and 25 sports sports different.

Tomorrow will be presented 13 awards to athletes and prominent entities in the municipality of Murcia during the season 2012/2013.

Among the winners is the player Javi Garcia, the international basketball player Laura Gil Hillocks, El Pozo Murcia FS, National Sports Gala, Miguel Guirao, Miguel Angel Clemente Solano, UCAM University team, Jose Francisco Perez Sanchez, Diario As, Public school San Pablo de Murcia, Municipal Sports College Football Joseph Barnes, Estrella de Levante and El Corte Ingles.

The gala will be hosted by journalists Marienca Ivan Gomez and Fernandez, and will feature performances Chyla Bionda and Lynn.
