Huermur, has filed a complaint with the Department of Fine Arts and Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for placement on the north facade of the Mills River a large sign of strident permanent color and announcing "Murcia Tourist".
The Building of Mills River, is a listed building protection grade two and included within a Historic-Artistic Murcia declared of Cultural Interest (BIC).
According to Article 9 of the Revised Ordinances Regulating Plan of the Historic-Artistic Murcia:
"Any sign, label or bars in front should be integrated into its design.
The identifying signs or posters will be installed in the holes without protruding front line, recommending the use of single letters.
It expressly prohibits advertising billboards and posters temporary or permanent. "
Therefore, the placement of that poster advertising "Murcia Tourist" violates the rules governing the BIC of the Historic-Artistic Murcia, why Huermur has requested immediate removal and restoration of legality infringed.
From Huermur not understood as public money is spent in the Department of Culture in a sign that the cultural degradation of the area (Old Bridge, Hammer of the Episcopal Palace, Town Hall, Building Cascales) while, for example, most the cultural heritage of the Huerta de Murcia, which should take care of this Council, is in ruins, full of garbage and totally abandoned.
