On Monday, June 3, in the programming of Paradise Cinema, will screen the film "No" a Chilean film of 2012 and directed by Pablo Larraín who won the award for best film of the Festival Fortnight Cannes 2012, and the trophy for best film at the Festival of Havana.
The film is an intelligent look at the advertising campaign undertaken to try to remove from power the dictator Pinochet in the plebiscite conducted by the dictator in 1988 to try to perpetuate his regime.
The film skillfully mixes fiction with documentary images to show the history of the publicist (Rene Saavedra, played by Gael García Bernal), who devised what would eventually the political grave of one of the worst chapters in Latin America.
Will be screened in cinemas next Monday Centrofama in sessions 17:30, 20 and 22:30 pm for the price of 4 euros for the general public and 3 for academics and students of the School of Languages.
Cinema Paradise Film is an initiative in which participates the Cinema Hall of the University of Murcia, which brings to our city special quality movies in original version with subtitles.
