The Catholic University of Murcia UCAM and Mediterranean House, a public consortium of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Development (AECID), have signed a collaboration agreement and other related specific future that Mediterranean Gastronomy Degree be held at the UCAM and will pioneer in Spain.
The Director General of Casa Mediterranea, Almudena Muñoz noted, "that Spanish cuisine is rich and the union that this occurs with all the peoples of the Mediterranean is a great basis for communication and outreach," and therefore is pleased to reach this agreement with the University.
