UPyD Councilman Murcia, José Antonio Sotomayor believes that the work done in social partnership regime as the city government "are works that qualify as much as any other people who develop"
José Antonio Sotomayor, Councilman Union Progress and Democracy in the city of Murcia, asked that the next full council urge the Corporation Murcia Health Service (SMS) to amend and include in the scale of their ranking job boards the valuation of services provided under social partnership.
As Sotomayor says the mayor, UPyD Murcia believes that work in social partnership regime as the city government "are works that qualify as much as any of the people who develop it."
"It's a way for the unemployed maintain contact with the labor market," contributing to the acquisition of experience and improving the accessibility to the labor market, but these jobs are not included in the rule governing special working relationships .
"Therefore," continued the mayor of magenta training, "it seems absolutely necessary that the SMS included in the scoring scales for their job boards any social collaboration work has been done for the city of Murcia or any other administration public ".
Murcia UPyD remember that until last year the SMS valued this experience in public administration for their respective job boards, but since this year is outside the relevant marking scale.
"Beyond judgments or other type of employment relationship is possible the assessment of the time worked without any discrimination in their score for job boards, as occurs with the Health Service of Castilla La Mancha (SESCAM) or working through the Ministry of Economy and Finance, to give two examples.
