Chef Sergio de Gea has won the first prize in the city Creajoven in the discipline of Gastronomy.
De Gea has convinced the jury with its fresh pasta ravioli and squid ink Murcia flat salty bacon stuffing.
The prize is endowed with 1,000 euros.
The two accesit, each of 350 euros, have been for Jose Angel Sanchez Martinez with your plate vegetables from the garden in textures, and Juan David Gonzalez Azor with gypsy pot my way and chickpea spaghetti with vegetables fondantes.
In this edition, the recipes had to be dishes of the cuisine of Murcia with a personal touch and original.
The winning recipes will be compiled into a publication.
The jury was chaired by the Councillor for Sports, Youth and Tourism, Miguel Cascales, and consisting of Francisco José García Gómez, David Lopez Carreno, Patxi Larrosa Sancho, Juan Antonio García Gil.
The Secretary is the Chief Cultural Revitalization Program and Educational Juan Albaladejo.
The jury took into account the design, development, complexity, plate presentation, harmony of ingredients and taste qualities.
