The Socialist councilor Susana Hernandez has denounced this morning at a press conference the lack of control by the City in managing the Child Center Reconciling Work and Family Life located in Juan Carlos I.
Hernandez said that recently was awarded for ten years at a company to pay the City an annual fee of 650 euros while cleaning Consistory center pay and 50% of electricity, water and garbage.
The socialist mayor stressed that a private nursery set up by any entrepreneur would need to rent or buy a bass, prepare it, furnish it, but instead the company receives a building by the City fully ready, just have to deal with the management.
Hernandez denounced the lack of control by the City as we found in violation of the conditions laid down in the tender price should be: $ 100 tuition per year, 160 euros per child without dining month 9-13 and dining (9 to 15 hours 300 euros or 330 euros for 9-17 hours) and discounted according to family income.
