The Millennium Teaching Platform, which coordinates the professor of the University of Murcia Javier Carrascosa, convened the First Contest of Private International Law, aimed at students of undergraduate and law degrees as well as graduate students and masters.
Participation will consist of writing writing-in Spanish, French, or Italian, a case jurisprudential Private International Law of the European Union Private International Law or Spanish.
May be examined decisions of the Spanish courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice.
There will also be a category for legal professionals interested in the subject, without any limitation of country of residence or nationality.
In both cases, be accepted coauthored two people maximum.
Those communications that are selected will be defended orally by the authors in the final phase of the competition, to be held during the month of October in the city of Zaragoza.
