The XIV International Festival of Tolerance Murcia Three Cultures, organized by the city of Murcia, each edition concert program that promotes cultural mixing and artistic fusion.
This is the case at the spectacle of Moroccan singer Samira Kadiri and Curro Piñana flamenco singer, who first joined their voices and their art in pain and passion, a special concert based on poems of Ibn Arabi and other Sufi poets .
The event will take place on Monday, May 20, at 21 am in the Senate of the University of Murcia, with free admission to all seats.
This performance is a tribute to the legacy poetic and mystical love of Andalusia.
Curro Piñana and Samira Kadiri, accompanied by Pepe Piñana and Francisco Tornero (flamenco guitar), Miguel Angel Orengo (percussion), Nabil Akbib (violin) and Younes Fakhar (lute), will perform the works of great poets, mystics and Sufi masters like Ibn Arabi, Ibn Zaydoun and Bint al-Mustakfi Wallada.
Samira Kadiri, considered one of the most beautiful lyric voices of Morocco, and Curro Piñana Cartagena, one of the most talented singers of flamenco-break with the 'conventional' to transport the viewer to another time far via 'songs longing 'to Alhambra, pain or passion.
No shortage in Malaga program, tarantas, thongs or bulerías soleás and songs sung by Kadiri, a great interpreter of Arabic poetry and songs Sephardim in all its richness.
