The Catholic University of Murcia UCAM held, along with the Catholic University of Atma Jaya Indonesia the 'Spanish Latin Cultural Day'
The UCAM Murcia Catholic University and Catholic University of Atma Jaya Indonesia was held this week on Spanish Latin Cultural Day in Jakarta (Indonesia), where UCAM is collaborating with various institutions.
With this day, the University would make known in Asia the main aspects of the cultures of Spain and Latin America, united by the same language, Spanish, recognized as the third most important language in the world and used in more than twenty countries .
The celebration of this cultural event was attended by students from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya Indonesia, China public figures, students from different schools in Jakarta and other college students.
Also attended the event several Spanish communities of Jakarta.
Among the activities carried out in the Spanish Latin Cultural Day, highlight the traditional music sessions and other Latin countries flamenco guitar, salsa classes or culinary activities, among others.
The event was sponsored by the Embassies of Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia and other Latin American countries.
