In order that the students know how to act in times of emergency, Murcia Firefighters have organized a series of lectures and practical training to provide basic knowledge in the field of civil protection in order to enable them to protect themselves and how to cope in a critical situation while awaiting the arrival of Emergency Services.
Lectures and practical classes will be taught in two centers of Murcia (CEIP Aroca and IES Mariano Mariano Baquero) until 22 May.
It is expected that about 200 students and 40 teachers know that knowledge.
The Councillor for Safety and Human Resources, Nuria Fuentes, and members of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, this morning visited the center to see Mariano Aroca work site of the Emergency Service professionals with students and teachers.
