The Optometry graduates may teach High School students in private schools (10/05/2013)

The Education, Training and Employment of the Region of Murcia has included the degree of Graduate in Optometry in the list of graduates who can teach in private schools and private schools, in the stages of ESO and Baccalaureate-subjects of the branch of knowledge of Health Sciences.

Inclusion is the result of the steps taken by the Ministry to the dean team of the School of Optometry at the University of Murcia, directed by Professor Dove Sobrado.

Response is pending Dean's request for these graduates to teach in public schools in those educational levels, as well as their access to teaching in some FP training cycles.
