With this conference the "Managing Water Cycle and the Environment" is intended as a meeting point to participate actively in the work of outreach and environmental awareness, acquire knowledge that allows to search for solutions to the problems of management of the water cycle and to minimize potential environmental impacts that may cause economic damage, their lack of prior management.
This First Day's main objective is to ensure good management of water resources, in coordination with the sanitation, treatment, and reuse of the water cycle in the Region of Murcia, in order to protect the public water spillages generated.
To this end have been invited to qualified representatives of the State Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the business sector related to these matters as Michelangelo Ródenas Canadas, President of the Segura basin, Joaquin Garcia Griñan , Director General of Water Ministry of Agriculture and Water; Manuel Albacete Carreira, Managing Director of the Bank of cleansing and purifying of the Region of Murcia (ESAMUR), José Carlos González Martínez, waters Commissioner Segura basin; Ricardo Egea Gutierrez-Cortines, Bionet Engineering Manager; Amador López García, Director General of Environment of the Ministry of the Presidency; Amalio Garrido Escudero, PhD in Chemical Engineering, Professor of Engineering and Environmental Toxicology UCAM.
La Jornada, whose attendance is free, has been organized by the Department of Civil Engineering Research Group UCAM and water engineering, maritime and environmental.
