María Teresa López Felipe is the author of the doctoral thesis presented at the University of Murcia in analyzing the functionality of the organizational culture in companies in the Region of Murcia.
The research, led by Professor Pilar Ortiz, case studies of leading companies in the national and in the sectors of food, plastic, plant and transport.
The thesis reveals that organizations competing in the global environment "are adaptable and flexible, but also stable and controlled."
