The IU-Greens councilor in the city of Murcia, José Ignacio Tornel, has reported today that the Special Interior Reform Plan (PERI) in the neighborhood of La Paz still not approved by the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, as lacks the requisite knowledge making by the region.
Tornel explained that the Community could not take cognizance of the PERI latest revised text approved by the City Council and are not required corrections have been implemented three years ago.
He noted that counseling announced in January 2010 the City of Murcia the need to address a number of irregularities in the PERI of La Paz, that this in turn required it to the promoter.
"Three years later, the project developer has not seen fit to fulfill its obligation and the process remains paralyzed, therefore, is the promoter who keeps standing for reasons that suggest he will know nothing transparent intentions," he argued the mayor.
In his view, this fact explains the lack of interest of the project developer to start construction in La Paz.
"While on one hand attacked and accused those who oppose a plan scam as speculative, the fact is that his interest in carrying out the project is void to the extent of not performing or completing the administrative steps required minimum for the same ".
The mayor also criticized "careless attitude and even irregular Hall to continue with the formalities associated with the management phase, despite the absence of the approval of the Autonomous Community, being the Compensation Board and approving its statutes dotted abusive articles instead of the interests of the residents of La Paz ".
"All the urgency in processing the promoter and the government team exhibited to the neighbors three years results in breach formalities necessary to ensure the validity of the project" is finished.
