Presentation of the practicum of Criminology and Law at the University of Murcia in the Police Headquarters (22/04/2013)

This pioneering experience allow a group of students from the University of Murcia know the daily work of the agents in subjects such as criminology, criminal investigation or legal services.

At 10:30 pm today has presented the practicum Levels of Criminology and Law at the University of Murcia in the Police Headquarters.

These practices are a pioneering project in the police, which aims to bring university students to the reality of the work of the officers in matters related to their studies.

The event was attended by the Chief of Police D.

Both the Chief of Police as the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Murcia have recognized the importance of this collaboration between the two institutions, which will provide practical training to enable all students participating in this activity and bring further police work to the university, where specialists from the National Police and have been working regularly in courses, seminars and conferences.

In total, six students who will perform the practicum in the Police Headquarters in the region of Murcia.

Of these, five are students of the Degree in Criminology and a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

For several weeks know in detail the work of units like Participation, Judicial Police, Forensic Science and Public Safety, as well as services for children and victims of domestic violence.
