The Young Neighborhood Association Future, in collaboration with the Municipality of Murcia, celebrated World Book Day with the opening of a street dedicated to the poet Denise Garcia.
The Councillor for Economy and Finance, Isabel Martinez Conesa, participated in the tribute to the residents of this neighborhood have wanted to make to the writer.
After the opening of the street, participants have moved to Open Plaza Futura which has carried out the reading of poems with classical music writer, by the Hall of Poetry at the University of Murcia and Conservatory students Music.
Younger enjoyed storytelling, and then all attendees were able to enjoy a snack.
This activity aims at the promotion of cultural activities, reading promotion and dissemination of associations.
