Homage of the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia three of his teachers (19/04/2013)

The Department of Teaching Language and Literature has named three of its classrooms with teachers names Marisol Valcárcel, Pedro García Montalvo and Amelia Cano, representing, in the words of Dean of the Faculty of Education, Antonio de Pro Good , "a manifestation of the love and admiration" from center to these teachers.

Luis Soler, Valcárcel Marisol son, who died recently, the writer Pedro Joaquín García Montalvo and Cano, Cano Amelia's brother, who was away for being indisposed, expressed to the Department and the Faculty appreciation for the tribute.

The event was attended, besides those mentioned, the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, the Vice Chancellor for Faculty, José María Ruiz, the previous dean, Martin Concepcion, and the director of the Department, Pedro Guerrero, who described his companions as "symbols" of the Faculty of Education.
