The School of Optics at the University of Murcia performs visual checks in schools (12/04/2013)

The School of Optometry at the University of Murcia is performing from March eye examinations in schools in the municipality of Murcia for defects of vision that can be treated with glasses.

So far, tests have been carried out in 1,600 children from schools Fuensanta Marist and St. Paul.

The reviews are conducted in collaboration with the College of Opticians-Optometrists in the Region of Murcia and in the same participating students Master in Clinical Optometry and the last year of the Degree in Optometry.
