In this sense, believes necessary to defend from the start of clearance excessive occupation by any exclusive commercial sector, as this would replace the current occupancy vehicles by other elements, to the detriment of a more respectful necessary urbanism individuals.
According to IU-Greens, "the area needs a major recreational area for families, for children and adults. Availability to locate markets and other commercial activities shall not prevent the occasional enjoyment of residents and benefits to promote trade area and, for this, the design of the square must be consistent with this objective. "
Tornel He points to other places "who have lost their public service for private abuses, as in the place of the truth of Vistalegre, where the dining room of a restaurant located in the public area leaves no space and convenient access to banks for people who enjoy the plaza, and reduces the playground to a minimum.
