UPyD Murcia mayor has asked the Chamber to facilitate technical study commissioned by the city to evaluate the pros and cons that have the location of a station in Los Dolores and remember to place it outside permanently only if it is accompanied by a new path for the arrival of the high speed that runs through the center of town
Union spokesman Progress and Democracy in the city of Murcia, Ruben Juan Serna, says "it is bad news for the region" is announced Dolores station as a final season.
To Serna, a final season in Los Dolores "only makes sense if accompanied by a new route for the railroad that passes through the center of the city."
As the mayor explained magenta training "does not seem logical to make a final station on the outskirts of the city and yet continue the Mediterranean Corridor, the AVE or freight trains and commuter crossing the neighborhood of El Carmen ".
Also UPyD Murcia mayor has asked the House in writing to provide the technical study commissioned by the City Council to evaluate the pros and cons that have the location of a station in Los Dolores.
For his part, José Antonio Sotomayor, Serna partner in the Consistory Murcia, recalls that "the bird gets buried in the city of Murcia is a failure."
Sotomayor points directly to both the PP and the PSOE as guilty of an own railway network of the nineteenth century, "political apathy being the main cause," and delayed Camarillas variant "the best example".
"The governments of both the PP and the PSOE have had the opportunity to give the region a network split conventional and electrified, but have preferred to throw accusations rather than make the necessary investments without caring citizens," he concludes.
