PSOE spokesman, Pedro López, expressed his satisfaction with the diligence shown today by the PP to the Governing Board approve an initiative that will go tomorrow to plenary and, interestingly, includes the request in the form of emergency motion for Socialist Group claiming exemption from capital gains tax evicted people who have lost their home to foreclosure or foreclosed.
Lopez today expressed joy over this decision with the football metaphor "for the first time we have won the match without getting off the bus."
Thus has reiterated that it is a perverse immorality demonstrating that the system, as it forces them to pay this tax to the local hospice while instead disclaims payment to banks that cut housing the so-called bad bank.
"We are pleased that the PP has been shown to be sensitive to this injustice that affects many people who have lost their primary residence and have no other material resources to tackle tax," said.
Finally, Lopez recalled that the Socialist Party has requested in emergency motion the creation of a social fund of at least 50,000 euros to meet the payment of goodwill of people evicted until they change the law on local taxes and to consider the possibility of introducing this measure retroactive to 2008.
