The government team explains his decision to suspend and annul the administrative process to allow construction of a home for the elderly (11/03/2013)

The Town Planning, Juan Antonio Bernabé, and Welfare, María del Carmen Pelegrin, been exposed to political groups opposed the decision of the government team of suspension and revocation of the processing of the expanding use of DP2a plot CR6 Partial Plan for the construction of a home for the elderly.

Pelegrin reiterated after the meeting "the absolute falsehood about the intervention of any member of the government team in the handling of this project, which was initiated by a cooperative before the visit to the Mayor, meeting at which councilors were present and Urban Social Welfare ".

The councilor stressed that "all procedures were carried out in the strictest legality and absolute transparency."

As explained last week, the government team decided to suspend and annul the proceedings before the doubts raised about the object and purpose of the proposed project to build a complex for the elderly care requested by the Cooperative for Healthcare Excellence, misleading to use the name of the mayor, and to avoid confusion or information not adjusted to reality, it was decided to suspend the processing of the application in order to conduct a comprehensive study along with other local groups.
