A fragment of the Bando de la Huerta, the painter Pedro Flores Murcia (Murcia, 1897 - Paris, 1967), illustrates the sign of Spring Festival this year.
This work belongs to the series of 39 paintings on customs Murcia by the artist between 1957 and 1964.
Specifically, it is now exposed in the room named after the painter at the Palacio de San Esteban.
Thus the city of Murcia, through the Department of Culture, the series continues with previous posters that show the works of painters devoted Murcia.
In the last three years have used works of Luis Garay, Mariano Ballester (2011) and Ramón Gaya, in 2010.
Like last year and to spread the knowledge of the Spring Festival of Murcia, the poster is printed with a QR code for easy downloading of the festival program on mobile Smartphone.
We have also printed 3,000 posters from 40 x 70 cm, hundreds of banners placed at the entrances and the city center as well as a hundred marquees.
