The CEPS Torresalinas, companies and Tropicana Alvalle Euro Vertex, Fundación Vicente Ferrer and the 16 presidents of municipal councils of districts and district have been recognized with awards, accolades and mentions "Murcia in Equality", granted by the City.

The act, as every year, is celebrated on March 8 on the occasion of the commemoration of International Women's Day, which this time was held under the slogan "Equality in Diversity".
1. - PRIZE equality in sport
This award aims to promote the value of competition among female students and encourage the effective exercise of the principle of equality of opportunity and treatment in sports.
It has been awarded to CEPS Torresalinas, in which 73% of the girls enrolled in the program participated in the School Sport 2011-12.
In addition to the award and the diploma, Cajamar sponsors this award with the delivery of sports equipment to the school.
2. - MURCIA IN EQUALITY NOW PRIZE
Recognizes companies that have developed the municipality and implemented measures to promote employment equality or an Equality Plan.
This edition gives Euro Vertex Consultants.
The jury unanimously agreed also grant special recognition to Tropicana Alvalle for its commitment to gender equality reflected in the organizational structure of the company.
3. - AWARD "MURCIA IN EQUALITY"
Murcia City Council recognized with this award for Vicente Ferrer Foundation and the Presidents of Municipal Councils and District Boards.
At first by her extensive and intense work in recent decades in favor of gender equality in the region of Anantapur in India, dignifying women, improving their status and position in society through the many programs education and training in order to achieve autonomy and economic independence of women of the lower classes.
