Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia, belonging to the district police station of San Andrés, have arrested a 31-year-old Spanish national, on suspicion of attempted robbery with violence and intimidation, after This threatened another youth with a simulated firearm agreed to wrest money from the sale of a mobile phone.
The incident took place at noon on the 26th of February, in the vicinity of a shop for the sale of second-hand goods in the city, where the detainee now established contact with another male after offering the sale of a mobile phone.
Once both had reached an agreement and found inside a vehicle, the supposed buyer to buyer threatened with a gun to try to steal the money that this entailed.
However, the victim was able to leverage a momentop of confusion to escape the vehicle and call for help to the police.
Given the risk posed by the existence of the firearm, was established a search that led to the location of the alleged perpetrator of the incident on last 27th.
At the time of the arrest, officers recovered the weapon he had hidden in his car, after checking that it was a simulated firearm that replicates an existing model with high quality detail.
The detainee is charged with an offense of robbery with violence and intimidation and was brought before the Magistrate's Court Guard of Murcia on the 28th of February.
